How To Order

Using the products navigation menu on the left, click on a product category of your choice, this will take you to the page where these products are listed.   Review the product listings on the page.

When you find a product you wish to order,  click on the fragrance selection of your choice.

Next enter the quantity you wish to purchase.

After entering the quantity, click on Add To Cart, shortly thereafter a  window will popup that tells you the product has been added to the cart.  Click on the Return To Shop button and it will bring you back to the same page.

You may then continue shopping or you may select the View Cart button to look at what is currently in your shopping basket or select Check Out to finalize your order.

Once you have selected View Basket or Check Out, you come to a screen which lists the products you have selected.    Here you will have several options. 
      a. You may modify your quantities by first changing the quantity and then clicking on RECALC.
      b.  DELETE your entry.
      c.  Return to the product pages for more shopping by clicking on the SHOP MORE button.
      d.  Begin the process of completing your order by clicking on CONTINUE CHECKOUT.  Please note that there is a $35.00 minimum product order and the order fill not finalize until the $35.00 minimum has been reached.

After selecting CONTINUE CHECKOUT,  you will be directed to the secure part of the ordering process (security policy). The first step will be to collect information necessary to ship the order including customer name and address.  You will also select the method of payment and the method of shipping.  After this information is collected, you will click CONTINUE to proceed to the next step.
 

Here you will be presented with a summary of the information you have just entered in the previous page including the shipping costs for the order.  If there are any mistakes, you will be able to correct them by using the browser back button.  You will also enter your credit card information here.  Once you are satisfied that the information is correct, click the final FINAL CHECKOUT button at the bottom of the page to complete the ordering process.  Doing so will direct you to a confirmation display screen.  Also an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you and to Island Soap & Candle Works shipping office.   All of the personal information including credit card number will be sent in an encrypted format (security policy).  (If you prefer, you may print the order confirmation and fax in your order to the fax number listed.)

Please note that no information is processed until you select the final FINAL CHECKOUT button.

Also after you have received confirmation of the order you may not go back and edit that order.   If you do wish to add to the order or browse the site, you must re-enter the site and start a new order.
